Split names in a CSV (Last, First and First Last)

Name splitting runs only on columns whose header looks like Name / Full Name (not City). Last, First becomes First + Last; First Middle Last uses the last token as surname. Original name is kept; new columns are inserted.

Steps

1. Upload contacts
2. Apply Extract first/last name or the CRM Cleanup bundle
3. Lock ID columns
4. Export
