Format emails in a spreadsheet (trim + lowercase)

The Format emails preset lowercases and trims values that look like addresses. Extract domain from email adds a Domain column (example.com) for lead segmentation without sending the list to a server.

Steps

1. Drop the marketing or CRM export
2. Apply Format emails
3. Optionally apply Extract domain from email
4. Deduplicate on email if needed
