Format emails in a spreadsheet (trim + lowercase)
The Format emails preset lowercases and trims values that look like addresses. Extract domain from email adds a Domain column (example.com) for lead segmentation without sending the list to a server.

Steps
- Drop the marketing or CRM export
- Apply Format emails
- Optionally apply Extract domain from email
- Deduplicate on email if needed

After normalizing case, john@x.com and John@x.com become the same key so exact dedup can collapse them.
