Fill missing values from the row above
Fill missing down copies the last non-blank value into following blanks, per column, skipping locked columns. Useful when Excel exports repeat a category only on the first row of a group.

Not interpolation
Numeric gaps are not linearly interpolated in this version. Fill-down is last-observation carried forward only.
