Clean HRIS and employee roster exports
The HR employee data bundle trims, splits names and addresses, formats phone/email, and title-cases people fields. Columns matching SSN, SIN, or national ID are locked so they are not rewritten. Strict mode stays on by default.

Steps
- Drop the roster
- Confirm SSN columns show a lock
- Apply HR employee data
- Export
We do not mask SSN
Masking the wrong column is worse than leaving it. Locking is the safe default until a column picker exists.
