Clean HRIS and employee roster exports

The HR employee data bundle trims, splits names and addresses, formats phone/email, and title-cases people fields. Columns matching SSN, SIN, or national ID are locked so they are not rewritten. Strict mode stays on by default.

Steps

1. Drop the roster
2. Confirm SSN columns show a lock
3. Apply HR employee data
4. Export
