Steps

Export contacts from your CRM as CSV/XLSX
Drop the file on CleanMySheet
Apply CRM Cleanup (or search CRM)
Review fuzzy pairs if the scan found near-duplicates
Import the cleaned CSV back

Any tabular export works. We do not connect live to those APIs in this version; you stay on files, which is safer for Strict mode.
